Tasks

Ad Hoc Tasks
We understand that Marine Engineers and Marine Managers are busy people. That is why our Ad Hoc Task section creates a separate section allowing you to record, track, and monitor once-off tasks.
Tasks could include faults, repairs, project work, or even a to-do List for your team.
Record details such as comments, upload photos and receipts. Assign tasks to the correct personnel and send notifications for when a new task has been added or completed.
Recurring Tasks
This section works off an inventory item.
Once you have set up an inventory item, you can create Recurring Tasks to remind you when to take action. An example is an Engine.
Add an Engine in as an Inventory Item, then set up Recurring Tasks to track the number of hours until you have an Engine service.
Create Recurring Tasks to keep your Certificates in order, Documents regularly reviewed, and items on your safety equipment list up to date. Our traffic light system makes it simple to see the status overall of your vessel at all times in just a glance.
